Art crafted with fire, nature, and soul – connecting people through pet portraits, landscapes, and creative exploration

Marketa B. Art

From Flame to Frame.

I'm a pyrography and mixed media artist inspired by the beauty of animals, nature, and the landscapes of Northern Ireland. My work explores connection—between people and pets, place and memory—through hand-burned wood art, cyanotypes, and natural materials. I also work with oils, watercolours, inks, and digital drawing, always open to experimentation and new challenges.

Whether you're here to explore unique pet portraits, atmospheric landscapes, or workshops that bring creativity to the community, I'm glad you're here.

Step inside and discover art that speaks from the heart—crafted with fire, nature, and soul.

The Art of Pyrography

"Draw with fire"

Welcome to the world of pyrography! My name is Marketa B. and I am proud to be an artist specializing in this ancient art form. Using heated tools, I create designs on a range of natural materials, including wood and leather. From simple designs to complex patterns, each piece is hand-burned as close to perfection as possible. If you are looking for a unique and beautiful piece of art, look no further than Marketa B. Art. :)

The art of pyrography has been around for centuries. It is a technique of making burn marks on wood with a heated object (poker, electric tool, gas torch etc.).
